Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Yacht Rental Egypt website and the preliminary enquiry process. A confirmed yacht experience is also subject to the specific written proposal, payment schedule, cancellation terms and operating conditions supplied for that booking. If booking-specific terms differ from this page, the signed or accepted booking terms take priority for that service.

Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful. Yacht descriptions, photographs, capacities, amenities, destinations and services are indicative until confirmed in writing. Images may illustrate a yacht category, destination or previous experience rather than the exact vessel or setup offered.

Enquiries are not reservations

Submitting a form, calling or messaging us does not place a yacht on hold and does not create a booking. Availability and pricing can change until we issue a written confirmation and the stated deposit or payment requirements have been met.

Proposals, prices and payment

A proposal will identify the yacht or category, date, duration, guest limit, inclusions, exclusions, price, taxes or fees where relevant, payment milestones and validity period. Additional services requested after confirmation may be charged separately. Payments must be made through the method and by the deadline stated in the proposal.

Changes and cancellations

Client-requested changes are subject to availability and may affect price. Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show rules vary by yacht and supplier and will be stated in the booking terms. No refund or rescheduling promise should be assumed unless it is included in writing.

Weather, safety and operations

The captain, marina, coastguard, yacht operator or relevant authority may change timing, route, anchorage, activities or departure where weather, sea conditions, safety, regulation, maintenance or other operational circumstances require it. The captain’s safety instructions and vessel rules must be followed at all times.

Guests and conduct

The booking contact is responsible for providing an accurate guest count, communicating applicable rules and ensuring guests behave lawfully and respectfully. Capacity limits may not be exceeded. Illegal activity, dangerous behaviour, harassment, deliberate damage or conduct that threatens the vessel, crew or other guests may result in the experience ending without refund, subject to the booking terms.

Third-party services

Yachts, marinas, transport, catering, entertainment, water activities and other elements may be supplied by independent providers. We coordinate these services with care, but their own operating rules and limitations may also apply and will be communicated where relevant.

Guest belongings and special requirements

Guests remain responsible for personal belongings unless applicable law provides otherwise. Medical, accessibility, dietary, security or other special requirements should be disclosed early enough for feasibility to be assessed; acceptance is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, copy, branding and original materials may not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a guest, breach of safety instructions, unauthorised conduct or events outside reasonable control. Booking-specific liability terms may also apply.

Law, updates and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. We may revise them when our website, services or legal requirements change.
